I’m Amy Madden: a marketer with 30+ years of experience and deep roots in the NOCO community (like 52 years deep). I don’t do cookie-cutter marketing plans or recycled strategies. I help businesses think differently, connect intentionally, and grow in ways that actually fit who they are.

I’ve always been a daydreamer, performer, and doodling inventor—
someone lucky enough to build a career that actually uses those parts of me.
For 30 years, I’ve worked as a creative marketer, strategic thinker, event planner, and branding account executive for more clients than I can count. Today, I’m the owner and lead “idea gal” behind Raven.
I have a passion for strong branding, deep respect for great design, a commitment to polished copy, and a genuine desire to help good people succeed. I want my clients to be seen, heard, and yes—sell a lot of what they offer if that’s their goal.
My work lives in my busy-brain where creativity and smart, intentional strategy meet bold ideas, thoughtful execution and campaign designs that connect people TO people.
I’m a natural connector and collaborative leader who sees the big picture, asks the right (sometimes uncomfortable) questions, and helps people think beyond what’s expected. I love digging into the why, challenging old patterns, and uncovering what’s next.
